Shijiazhuang Sprocket
General Factory, covering an area of 118,000
m2, is located at the north end of Bicyclic
Road E in the east of suburb industrial zone
of Shijiazhuang.
The factory is specialized
in manufacturing of various transmission parts,
such as standard chain wheels, taper lock
bushings, pulleys and non-standard chain wheels.
All the sprockets are for exportation. The
factory is equipped with more than 970 sets
of metal cutting machinery and equipment.
It is capable of producing 10 million pieces
of sprockets of all types and 1.5 million
pieces of taper lock bushings annually. It
is also capable of manufacturing all kinds
of non- standard transmission parts as per
customers requirements. Its annual output
amounts to USD25 million.
The products are produced
in conformity with the International Standard
and the standard adopted in industrialized
countries (e.g. DIN, ANSI and BS) with up
to date equipment, advanced technology and
perfect management system for quality control.
The products are of good quality with reasonable
prices.
